<text>Time to design<br>On November 27th. the winner of Time to design – new talent award 2008, Anne Romme, reviled her unique design piece, Saturated Porosity at the Normann Copenhagen Flagship Store. Anne has been working on her project for the last 3 months and until December 11th. visitors can experience the special wall made in wood. Anne Romme is the first winner of Time to design – which included 3 months stay at the National Workshops for Arts and Crafts, 50.000 DKK and the chance to share her work at the Normann Copenhagen Flagship store. <text>Normann Copenhagen reached the sky at October 17 launching Plane – a wooden plane designed by Ole Søndergaard. Take off took place at the top of Magasin where the parking place was transformed into one big flight and traveling theme with hundreds of planes, flight equipment and free tattoos. There was live art by Monorex who customized 20 Reebok sneakers. Plane is available in Magasin and the Normann Copenhagen Flagship Store. </text>

<text>October 10, Normann Copenhagen hosted the annual charity party on behalf of A Race Against Breast Cancer – a foundation that raise money for the scientists at Danish Centre for Translational Breast Cancer (DCTB). The ambition was to gather money to help DCTB reach the goal of breaking the breast cancer curve before 2012. Furthermore it was a celebration of the Danish Olympic contestants from Beijing. <text>– winner of Time to design – new talent award 2008<br><br>August 26th the Cultural Minister of Denmark, Mr. Brian Mikkelsen, presented the winner of Time to design – new talent award 2008. The winner is granted with three months residency at the National Workshops for Arts and Crafts, 50.000 DKK donated by the Cultural Ministry and two weeks exhibition in Normann Copenhagen Flagship Store. <br><br>The winner in 2008 is architect Anne Romme, who has participated with the project entitled “Saturated Porosity – freestanding screen”. <br><br>Time to design – new talent award is a new design award focusing on the needs of young talents. The award is based on a new and untraditional co-operation between the National Workshops for Arts and Crafts, Normann Copenhagen and Link UP – a network for young architects and designers in Denmark. </text>
